When you try your chest binder on for the first time, move your arms and bend your torso in all directions to ensure you have no rubbing, chaffing or restricted movement. Our chest binders are designed to be comfortable and allow for free movement and breathing, so if you experience any discomfort, your chest binder is likely too small.
How do I put my chest binder on?
Our swim binders do not have any rigid panels like many other binders, which means that it should be easy enough to pop on over your head as with any other top. If it's too difficult to pop on over your head then you probably have the wrong size and should go up one size.
