Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account here.
   
   
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
   
   
3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
   
   
4. Select the order and items that you want to submit the return request for.
   
   
5. Click Request return.
   
   If your request meets the requirements of our Returns Policy, you'll be notified that it is accepted and you will need to post your returned items (at your expense) to 1 Kipling Street Cremorne VIC 3121. Once we receive your returned items (in new condition), we will process your refund.
