Refunds + Returns Policy

Returning Unworn Items

Because we believe that COMFORT IS A HUMAN RIGHT, we will accept returns of most items, provided:

• Your return is initiated within 14 days of ordering the item, and
• You pay the cost of shipping the return item, and
• Your item is in its original condition; unworn, clean with original tags attached.

Provided we receive your item in it’s original condition, we will offer you a refund or store credit for the full price (excluding the original shipping cost).

To start a return, simply visit our Returns Centre. Returns will need to be sent (at your expense) to the following address: 1 Kipling Street Cremorne, VIC 3121.

No Returns on Intimate Items

An enormous amount of time and effort goes into designing and creating each and every item we sell, so we want you to LOVE it and feel confident you’re getting something of the highest quality.

So we therefore won’t accept returns or exchanges of intimate items such as tucking underwear. We’d hate for you to wonder whether someone else had tried it on first!
