Arms down, breath normally and tuck the measuring tape as high as you can under the arms.
Measure the widest or fullest part of your chest tissue without pulling it tight.
Measurement right under your chest tissue (think about where a bra strap would sit).
Bend like a teapot and feel your bottom rib. Then stand up straight and measure.
Measure the widest part of your hips (usually a couple of inches below the hip bone).
Measure from one acromion bone to the other across the back (the acromion bone is the one that protrudes from the top of each shoulder).
The length from the base of your neck to the waist, measured with a tape fit snugly to the curve of your spine.

To find the waist, locate the tops of your hip bones (or love handles!) - then simply find the mid point between them (at the spine).
