We are passionate about helping the community access accurate health information and appropriate health support. So we've compiled a list of specialist providers servicing the TGD community. Although based in Melbourne, they also offer telehealth consultations.

dr adam brownhill - gp

Dr Adam Brownhill is a GP and the founder of TG Health Clinic in Melbourne.

Adam has extensive experience in providing clear, evidence-based professional advice to transgender and gender diverse individuals.

Although situated in Melbourne, Dr Brownhill can offer telehealth appointments for clients located outside of Melbourne.


As an Australia-trained Breast (Oncoplasty), Endocrine, and General Surgeon, Associate Professor Simon Tsao has 15 years of surgical experience. He works in both Public (Western, Austin & Ballarat) and Private (Sunshine Private, Warringal & Epworth Richmond) hospitals, offering a selection of locations to patients for their treatment.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Simon recognises and attempts to combat the health inequity faced by our community.

lee taube - psychologist

Lee is proudly genderqueer, is a registered psychologist and is the founder and director of multidisciplinary health service in Brunswick, Trans Space.

Lee has over ten years' experience working with LGBTIQA+ populations and uses emotion focussed therapy, working mostly with trans & gender diverse (TGD) clients. Lee has availability to do WPATH assessments for clients seeking gender affirmation surgery, and also offers telehealth appointments.

atara lebransky - Certified Practising Speech Pathologist

Meet Atara Lebransky - a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) and Director of The Social Domain.

Atara creates a warm, supportive, safe and inclusive environment. Atara has a musical theatre background, and is passionate about helping people achieve a voice they feel confident with. Atara has extensive experience supporting gender diverse clients with their voice transition and is also the co-founder of the app VoiceShift.  

Sally (Nuntaporn) Prompim

Sally is a science graduate of Mahidol University, one of the top universities in Thailand.

She has many personal links with the TGD community in Thailand, and assists Australians wishing to access gender affirming surgical care in Thailand.


Nikki’s passion for supporting all people to live meaningful lives and thrive is expressed through their diverse skills, knowledge, and experiences as an Occupational Therapist, Lymphoedema Practitioner, and Yoga teacher. They weave scientific explanations with creativity, play, hope, and kindness and can provide individualised advice for compression garment fitting, exploring breathing patterns and breath awareness in the context of pain, neurodivergence and chronic health conditions.
